Login Problems

| "You are not authorised" after Microsoft sign-in | You don't have admin rights. | Ask an existing admin to add you in Manage Admins. |
| Looping back to login page | Browser blocked pop-ups / third-party cookies. | Enable cookies for the site or try an incognito window. |
QR Scanner Issues
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Camera preview stays black | Permission denied or another app is using the camera. | Check browser settings and close other camera apps. |
| Scan result always red | Wrong trip selected or using yesterday's link. | Verify you opened the latest scanning link for the correct trip. |
| Duplicate entries | Volunteer moving phone away too slowly. | Encourage volunteers to wait for the green flash before scanning next code. |
Import Spreadsheet Errors
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Flash message "No Student ID or Name" | Empty rows or missing columns. | Remove blank rows and ensure columns A & B are populated. |
| Some users did not receive QR e-mail | Missing e-mail / phone / emergency details. | Ask the user to log in and complete their profile, then click Email Ticket in My Details. |
